Don't think there is a 2026 thread yet???? But, Iowa offered Kyle Vandebosch's twin sons. He was a heck of an NFL DE. Obviously the connection to Nebraska since that is where Dad went. But Levar Woods has a connection to Dad. From same place in Iowa.

I would assume he is still a take, but the kid has blown up on the recruiting front. TOS, has him high on PSU, NU, OU, and ND.

It does appear Rivals undervalues this class almost across the board.

Probably a sign that Brix wasn't continuing to reciprocate interest. At that point, the coaches likely chose to just cut-bait. There are only so many hours in the day. The coaches want to make the best use of their time.

Nathan Roy announced his top 6 choices a few months back and Iowa was not on the list.
Unfortunately for us but the one who hurts the most is Brix. Unless he has a change of heart, Grant will not be a Hawkeye.

no missed recruit really hurts until they arrive on campus.

remember these.
Jones was a AA game selection and a 4* and posters still thinkh he was a wasted scholarship.
even Colby was a 4* and posters doubt his ability to play FB.

they are just 2 of the current players very few poster have anything good to say about.

6'4 275 lbs Leighton Jones was 3* Under Armour AA who may RS this year.

and until they play there is no way of knowing if they are failures or another success story.

Or they like what they have right now better. Missing out on Brix is no where near anywhere comparable to missing on Proctor. Fox will be a top tier IOL, and Nolan/McCaslin will both look like good OT prospects.

Cody Fox was originally ranked #73 till he committed to IA then he dropped all the way to #163 a 90 point drop all because committed to IA.

Ok, well, 247Sports lists Brix as the top recruit in the state.

So I guess this ‘argument’ is a wash.
