In Fran's defense, we're daring some South Carolina players to shoot 3s. In the men's game you just can't get away with that consistently, even though we still give up 3s regardless of the defense employed.......

As good as everyone said South Carolina is I'm really surprised they don't have one distance shooting specialist on the team. Evidently they would prefer their distance shooters to miss so one of their 8 giants can just get the rebound and score. I mean, it's hard to argue that hasn't worked for them, though.

In the previous round Maryland only lost to them by 11. MD players said they were getting hit nonstop with nothing getting called but somehow MD got called for 26 fouls and SC got called for only 12

Amen. Boston is throwing elbows and hips all the time and the entire team goes over the back on rebounds. You can go over the boxing out defender to grab the rebound if you don’t make contact. They are literally crunching the hawks’ necks.
