That was a big, big, big win for the Hawks tonight.
I thought the refs were going to rob us, but we managed to hang on. Shows some real maturity and composure.

Felt like a 30 point blowout but the refs, the crowd, and the announcers found that unacceptable.
Maybe they’ll be a bit more accommodating in Champaign-Urbana.
It’s amazing they only called Michigan for 11 fouls. Awesome win against the refs tonight. Iowa is at least a 5 seed in the BTT now.
Good prep for Sunday I suppose. Probably same 3 stooges will be at Illinois trying to ruin a game.

I don't care if Kris starts, but Fran needs to modify his subbing pattern to get him closer to 30 min instead of the 17.6 or so he averages. Rebraca hustles but he doesn't have the quickness/hops/offensive skills to be playing over Kris.
Hopefully CMAC still has his hot left hand....not needed today

All I can say is thank God for those refs. Without them it would have been a 30 point beat down. Again, thank God for this crew!!!
And the announcers were in tears following the game. They lost money tonight.

It obviously won’t happen but Connor deserves mentioned in BIG10 defensive POY. Guy can literally guard all five positions and do it well. This is a huge advantage for Iowa.
