And that’s fantastic. But we went 5+ minutes without a made basket and like 6 out of 7 possessions with a turnover. Seemed like a fine time to get some subs in and let them play. Frans substitution patterns have always been perplexing, regardless of winning or losing

Obviously it’s not fantastic as you’re still complaining. We dropped 75 without our best player against a very very good defensive team, probably the best we will see this year.

Bowen was engaged on the bench from my inebriated POV at the bar, and Iowa won by 20 against a team I was expecting them to lose outright against. This was a successful night, and we finally started hitting shots from deep. Big time momentum-building win going into Big Ten play against Wisconsin… and we should all just be happy we got it - especially down Kris!
