#4 should get 2-3 times the playing time that she is getting! Comes in for a couple of minutes at a time. Good D, the quickest feet, cuts to the hoop, doesn't turn the ball over. Not seeing why she doesn't get some of Martin's time or Molly's. Or why #3 plays so much more.
