Again, Dems used mail in ballots and Republicans didn’t. The margin will be high no matter what their person vote is.

Exactly. Nate Silver had a decent explanation. It's always going to be lean for Biden for mail in votes, it will be the total amount of votes that changes from republican leaning to democrat leaning counties.
