I think Kornacki said IF the PA centers keep counting votes at the pace they have been, but that's not a guarantee.

I wish it would be done by 12-1a EST, but planning for mid-to-late AM here in the CST zone. (which works great for me, as I should to go to bed by a little after midnight)
