The line was at least 100 feet long Friday night with no one in the arena. Amazing.
Don't know a thing about Depaul.....they the kind of athletic that gives us fits? I know Ray Meyer usually puts a good product on the floor.
Sounds like DePaul has one of their best rosters in awhile; I expect a good battle with DePaul covering 9 points but just barely.
Depaul isn't that good. Iowa should win pretty easily.
This just reminded me,... anybody else notice that Garza was wearing what looked like a nose ring Friday night?
This will be the first one I get to see live this year, moving sucks (but so worth it). Go hawks!
heard a caller on the score a week or two ago that said he's more excited about this team than any one from the last 25 years. he named off a bunch of the players (and their skill sets). made me thing they could be a tough test tonight.
I believe that was a cut/scratch right away in the game, hence why I said he will continue getting a bloody nose. I missed the beginning but remember hearing the announcer saying something about his nose getting hit and he will get checked out next dead ball.
It seems to be that the state of the hawkeye community is in mourning after losing out on a big recruit once again and are in need of a big win. Fortunately I think we do today

Ok,.. I saw something that I took to be a small ring in his left nasal and thought to myself that basketball and nose rings just don't mix...
I guess I would say they aren't bad they just aren't good. Average team but I think on the road they lose to Iowa by 10.
