****OFFICIAL FSU @ gators THREAD!****

He wasn't whining, he was pointing out the lack of clarity in perhaps the worst call in a football game ever.
Any actual football fan upon reflection understands that game doesn't come down to that play if we have anything approaching a competent offense. This goes to my earlier comment about people thinking we are outside looking in. Iowa fans know what our program is, and take joy from it when it's offered to us.
Not whining?

“We got screwed, OK? I’m just gonna tell you we got screwed on that one by the replay system,” Ferentz said. “I’m still not happy about that, quite frankly. So it’s a different discussion for a different day.”
“I don’t want to play that card. But I’m playing it right now. That’s still the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen the last, what, quarter century? Take that replay stuff and blow it up and start over again. We try to make this stuff rocket science and it isn’t. It’s football.”

Have a Snickers

I don't think we ever have, which is why Iowa fans are more appreciative of things. We had two stunningly good teams in the 1950s, and some great teams in the 1920s and 1930s.
Don't forget when we were #2 for 1 week after being Penn State and then losing to the worst Purdue team of all time.
