We are playing great, but just wish when we get up 20 we would just keep playing fast and get the lead up to 30. We could have done that in the 1st ten minutes of the 2nd half.

Mikey needs to let the others play. Trying to win it all by himself and that usually doesn't bode well for Iowa.
Hard for everyone to play on offense when Gesell dribbles out the clock and plays hero one on one ball.
I'd get it if this was the next game or two. But, we have wins over MSU and Purdue since then.
That's like saying I'm worried about the cubs lead in September game cause they blew a 6 run lead in the ninth in May.
The offense must run thru either Jok or Uthoff from here out. Move Clemmons to the 1 spot & Gesell to the 2 for awhile

I suppose, but it took them 16 minutes to chisel it down to 14. ISU was quickly out of the half, after Jarrod couldn't score in 2nd.

MSU looked awful, but a lot of that was Iowa, and MSU was quickly demoralized. B1g frontrunners even with that joke of Indiana at the top.
Straight up beat down of MSU at the Breslin Center with the vaunted Denzel Valentine getting basically shut down.

Put that one up in the Hall of Fame games. I have never seen a more complete game from an Iowa basketball team in my life.
After that Rose bowl, both MSU and IOwa were overrated...should have quit right there.
