Really hard to handle a big lead vs a good team. You just can't match the other teams urgency, no matter how hard you try, and that's not a knock on Iowa. It's just why you see this stuff happen on the road.
They're like ISU fans, just boo everything regardless of whether it's a good call or not.
They did applaud Jok when he got up in the first half, so there's one difference
That must be why I can only understand every fifth word out of his mouth.
Yabut the Hawks seem to be doing it so far in terms of maintaining intensity and focus. I wouldn't have been surprised to see a big MSU run to start the 2nd half and it hasn't happened so far. Maybe we can hold on to this thing.
If we made a drinking game for every time Calhoun makes an excuse for why MSU is getting beat, we'd all be dead... in just the first part of the 2nd half, too.

Never seen such hype for a 3 that cuts it to 17. (this comment will come back to bite me)
They are starting to give up way too many open 3's. That's the only way MSU is getting back into this game. Gotta keep up the defensive intensity and close out.
