I have zero inside information. Bo likes making videos of his visits and I don't see anything in that video that tells me he's heading to Stillwater. No kids for me. Whoever wins the bet can just give the other some friendly shit talking.
Yeah. Doubt anyone will have anything "inside" until the decision is actually made. Tom did a great job getting Jax interested. The dads would LIKE Jax and Bo to wrestle together.
It's going to come down to PSU, tOSU, okiest and Iowa. I do wonder when he will make the decision though. I could see him waiting until after super 32 his senior year, or as early as this spring.
If Iowa actually lands Jax, despite all headwinds, that will be a true credit to the staff. I have a hard time seeing Bo choosing PSU. I understand that nobody has won money in the last 15 years betting against PSU landing a big time recruit, but it just doesn't fit, IMO. And again, I'm a huge, huge Raney brother fan, also. If Iowa gets either pair, I'll be ecstatic.

This recruiting class is GREAT.
We NEED the Raney's. They're so damn athletic and young. They've only scratched the surface of their talent.
I thought Bo was reaching the end of his rope, in terms of development - but he gets better every year. And if you notice, not single hair on his body. He's got a big shot of testosterone coming sometime in the future. I think he ends up a 157/165 in college.
Jax is going to continue to get better, as he still has a ways to go with leg attack offense.
None of these guys are finished products and they seem to live focused lives off the mat.

I think it would be a HUGE mistake for BO to go anywhere but IOWA!!! Do not get me wrong, he will win wherever he goes! At IOWA though, his marketing that he has created, gets the greatest following possible!
That being said, the HAWKS recruiting strategy, needs to be SMART!!!! I do not know what BO will command??? I assume it will be the highest price yet for a wrestler. So the options and a plan needs to be laid out. That kid out west(from cali I believe) name escapes me right now? He has battled BO very well and closed the gap. I do not hear much about him, but that would be my 1B plan!!!
The Raneys also throw a little monkey wrench into this IF you believe that it will bring a log jam at a weight class? I also think you need to land that Ross kid as someone pointed out, it can be made to work where he slides right in after BIG Ben!!! That COULD give you heavy weight dominance for like 7 years!!!
So while I have NO idea about actual money being paid(believe it is highly exaggerated}or what is taking place behind the scene? I would have it written out, "BO- you are our number #1 target, we will offer you a FULL RIDE + X and a FULL RIDE + Y to your buddy Jax!"
Same to the Raneys, the kid out West and Ross. Someone bites, I am guessing I go in that direction filling out my line up, and if it is not BO and Jax? I might have extra $$$$ to play around with moving forward?

David Taylor has his own media team that follows him to capture content. No doubt he is making a documentary about his career and transition. I think he had his team cover Bassett on his recruiting trip. I love the kid but to follow him for 2 days with a camera is odd to me. Hey, maybe it works in today’s world but I am old school.

It's not going to be money. The kid has that taken care of. We'll have to sell him a vision of Freestyle/RTC medals.
My prediction again. Bassett to Iowa and then Melvin Miller follows. Then after that Bo's little brother Keegan comes and also Mario Hutcherson. That PA Young Guns pipeline starts again. Owen McMullen is the first to start it. We also land the Raney brothers!
