This game should be a much better game to assess the team, better competition and third game. Mainly looking for interior defense and rebounding. I haven't given up on Dembele yet.

Every year it seems that the Hawks look sluggish in November. There are exceptions, of course.

It's almost like they didn't pick up a basketball between March and October, even though we all know they play year-round. Maybe Fran drills them to hard in November trying to get them ready for the B1G. But if that's true, why do they start out 0-2 or 0-3 every year?

South Dakota will be sky high.

I predict the Hawks will be behind at halftime and wear them down in the second half by playing 11 guys.

Averaging about .26 rebounds a minute vs crap competition. Need to get that number closer to .4 a minute considering who they faced.
