They've been in the NCAAs the last six seasons that there was a tournament and made it to the second round in half of those. Haven't lost more than five games in any of the last six seasons. Their coach has been there since 2002 and never lost more than nine in a season. Not a team to sleep on.

Idk if anyone saw Clark’s technical last night but it was not a good look. Really early in the season to be so frustrated — esp considering we had a good game overall and it was a fairly low stakes contest.
I was happy with both Goodman and O’Grady’s effort, as well as Martin and Marshall. The team looked confident and deep. However we let them take about a hundred 3s (surprise, surprise)…..cant do that tonight.

Agreed and if this was against a top team or even a Big Ten team, it could have gotten very ugly.
For all the good she does for women's basketball...she doesn't carry herself very well on the floor. She could pick up a technical in just about every game. There's being competitive on one hand and also being an ass on the other.
I watched the game and it seemed to me just got chest-bumped and retaliated after there was no call. I think since the tournament, teams have been more physical with her. She doesn’t like it, who would. But that’s the price she has to pay when the other team try’s to slow her down. Lots of pressure on her. I think she’s doing her best but doesn’t mean she can’t do better. I trust Lisa will handle appropriately. Go Hawks.
When I learned that you could watch this game and got it up and running I think it was right after this happened. If you notice, Clark didn't play much after this incident. Now, there could be a lot of reasons for that, they were blowing the other team out or whatever. But it could have been a subtle "check yourself" without making it a lead story because she did come back in the game for a few minutes in the 4th quarter. She certainly got quite a bit of time to cool down though. I doubt there's anything to it and it's unlikely that happens in a closer game but who knows.

3 games in 3 days. In her postgame Bluder mentioned she was grateful to be able to rest her regulars as the competition would surely ramp up the next 2 days.
My concern is it was the second time this year (k state) that she has allowed the otyher team to get in her head, It seems like last year she worked with a coach on keeping her composure. This year has looked more like the sophmore/freshman Clark than the version that finished the year last year that was so mentally tough.
Did we have to pay for our own hotel rooms and do the scorebook too? Seems like an aau tournament.
