Iowa got screwed by BIG in hoops. 1 day rest here and no Saturday home games. I'll be at IU game, not many tickets left better snatch them up quickly.
THAT makes a difference. So we'd better win Thursday because there won't be much time to impliment new wrinkles before the next game vs IN. On the other hand, it gives us an extra day to prepare for a nationally televised game.
But I just read this year that at least two days off was the #1 scheduling rule on conference.
The no Saturday home games is a load of crap and so was that article that said it was all random. BS. Im sure the computer just randomly spit out Michigan/MSU, Purdue/Maryland, WIsconsin/Maryland, MSU/Maryland all for Saturday afternoon games and preseason expectations had nothing to do with those games landing on Saturday.
The Big 12 does this all the time with Saturday games and big Monday. Deal with it.
