Hopefully like last week, we keep pounding and pounding. Then we explode in the the second half.
I hate thinking the worst, but how much of this is still the offense learning things - and the OL still struggling with a lot of the run blocking - or how much is it KF being "alright, we got 10, lets take the air out of the ball now"?
Can't help feel a bit frustrated after the start of the opening drive and then the TD on the next drive.

I would love to see us run the ball more, but I think Lester is forced to use the pass to open up the run.
It feels like running out of shotgun has been successful, but if you can’t go under center and run it, that’s problematic.
Both Gary and Brad looked a hell of lot older in the pregrame than when I met them in 1998.
That said, Kirk is going full Kirk mode with a lead. Guarantee it comes back to bite him in the ass.

The beginning of the game felt like another 40 no getting close to half I feel like a 13 -3 kinda game
how the **** you win big 12 coach of the year three times and never win more than 9 games?
It will be interesting to see the adjustments Lester makes at halftime.
Honestly, I attribute a lot of it to Iowa State playing well. Lester will need to adjust.
Well, at least our offense has a pulse this year - with our Defense we should win/be in every game this season…👀
