10-11 minute mark is where ISU has made their runs all season. If the Hawks get passed that point with a solid lead I'll start feeling a bit better.

But, I'm going to savor that first half bombing by Uthoff for at least the next 20 minutes.
Mike has more turnovers and awful shots at the end of halves/games than anyone in the history of basketball. Stop giving him the ball at the end. He has no clutch. He has no chill. He doesn't relax. I just wish Fran saw in Sapp what I see in him. He has awesome confidence that calms the team down.
Woody and Gesell have combined for a lot of bad/silly passes, could be up 20+
ISU has a slight momentum run at the end. As is often the case, these first 4 minutes critical.
IA comes out crisp and keeps it even or increases the lead, and the mo swings to IA big time. Will be tough (not out of the realm of possibilities though) for ISU to come back.

19 amazing minutes. It sure ain't over by a long shot. That was just what they needed to end the half. I'd rather see a timeout on the last possession to give JU one more shot.
Well Jarrod is going to have to play both halves tonight I think, too bad cos he had a whole games worth of highlights in a half.
This is ISU MO. Get behind big, then make run. I doubt Uthoff can put up 30 pts in 2nd half. Need something out of Jok, Gesell, Baer, Clemmons. Less turnovers from Gesell and Woody.
If this game comes down to last possession, I want ball in Uthoff hands. Less chance of ball hitting back of backboard, or missing 2 fts, or getthing shot getting swatted.
In regards to Uthoff, did you miss the last game vs WIU and have the TV on mute? He put up 24 in first half Monday.
What a great first half. This is fun, but I do expect a second half run by the Cyclones.

You forgot his knack for missing the front end of a free throw.
This is more case of ISU having big heads. They went out in 1st round of NCAA last year, not like they are all they think they are.
We need to pick up a couple of early fouls on their front court. ISU will make a run. Woody gave us a great start and is keeping them honest on the inside. Because we're so hot the boards are in our favor. Need to keep that trend going. ISU offense is awful. If we keep them half court I like our chances.
Passing it to woody at top of key was turnover most every time. Also Bad passes from Gesell and some bricks. I don't see anyone making shots besides Woody and mostly Uthoff. This seems like setup for classic ISU run in 2nd half while no one on Iowa side can make a shot. Uthoff better come out hot and aggressive, or else we need three other guys to step up if Uthoff comes out cold.

We didn't move as much on offensive end without the ball at the end of second have. We better keep working and that should help passing better too
Just gtfo Mike. He has no clutch at all. He can't make an entry pass to save his life. He's basically wasted Gabe O and Woody's careers by not being able to make an entry pass to save his dang life.
If Gesell passes the ball to Woody on top of the key at any point in the second I think I will puke
if I watch Gesell dribble around and turn it over at the end of a half/game again I might jump off my roof.
