Enough of the sit downs, Kirk ain’t changing. Kick him to the curb.Beth needs to have a sit down.
Embarrassments on National TV need to stop.
Don't tell me what you did, .............what are you going to do?

At Hayden’s peak it was. Hasn’t been since.Do you view Iowa as an elite program?
Ain’t happening. He stays until he decides to retire. And he doesn’t seem to care about getting embarrassed.Enough of the sit downs, Kirk ain’t changing. Kick him to the curb.

Iowa is in the bottom of the leagueOn the positive front, B1G schedulers were very favorable to Iowa this year. This is the only good league team on the schedule. The rest is bad to mediocre. There are wins to be had against the bottom half of the league.
Not even closeDo you view Iowa as an elite program?
Well my prediction before the game was 38-10 and it looks like it was pretty accurate. Iowa played a respectable half, albeit because OSU shot themselves in the foot. I don’t expect Iowa to win these type of games but we should be able to expect to be able to score some points outside of garbage time and be more competitive for 4 quarters
How about the beating by PSU last year?that is the most humiliating game i know of outside of a beating from psu in 94. kf was a breath of fresh air after games like that
Recency bias I guess. That PSU game was the worst game I have ever witnessed. They couldn't even get first downs or even pass attempts. How about the beating by PSU last year?
Exactly why Iowa lost to ISU. Campbell knew ISU would get ball back with a chance to win. He knew KF would not try anything. Against some teams, he may have felt a need to try and get a first down. When you are around 26 years, the scouting report is there if you don't change.
It is pretty simple. In any industry, if you are going against competition,, you have to change.
I don't recall any cars recently with ashtrays.
Sooo close.Iowa gets this one today boys!
Iowa isn't the better team on a day-to-day basis. They don't have very good chance of winning. But Iowa wins this game today!
Spread all the way down to 17 now. You have to wonder if Howard may not be playing.
RUN. THE. BALL.
Has there ever been a more overrated player at Iowa? X is a bustXavier Nwankpa has had his share of screwups this year too
McNamera was noodle arm again, WR's lack separation & the line was below average! Was in Minnesota today for a grandmonster's 8th grade FB game.
They won.
I was going to go through the game thread but saw FORTYTWO pages.
That intimidated me.
For some bizarre reason there is no box score on ESPN.
What is the post-mortem on this game?
Based on the recap it sounds that McNamara was godawful.
Was it him or the OLine reverting to 2023?
Toilet BowlWe could still go to the mayonnaise bowl or pop tart bowl or something.
Sounds par for the course.McNamera was noodle arm again, WR's lack separation & the line was below average!
Also they put #37 on a 1st rd draft pick WR
& the icing on the cake was KF ****ing us out of a score at the end of the 1st half.
Insane.
It’s rather unbelievable that Kirk will not move forward with Sullivan at quarterback.Insane.
I didn’t think you could find a QB at the same level as Hill, but that’s what Cade is. He throws a slightly easier ball to catch vs 120mph of Hill
But Cade can’t move well, he’s just 70lbs lighter so he can slip some contact
The worst part tho is he can’t throw further than 20 yards and even when he does it’s a change up. No zip.
So rest of the year we’ll have to rely on KJ breaking the big plays to have a chance at wins
Only way Sullivan starts is if Cade gets hurt , He can play like He did in the 2nd half against ISU, 1st half of Minnesota and 2nd half OSU the rest of the way and Kirk will not pull Him, Promises were made or Kirk is senile or both .It’s rather unbelievable that Kirk will not move forward with Sullivan at quarterback.
I don’t understand him. I feel he’s trying to keep our offense 6-feet under b/c of how things worked out with his Son.
If we score a point in this game, I'll paint my balls purple and go as a bunch of grapes for Halloween.
Am I the only one who mentally envisioned a purple scrotum with like 15 testicles in it?
That's insane.
2002-2004 was a solid runAt Hayden’s peak it was. Hasn’t been since.
Has to be.Only way Sullivan starts is if Cade gets hurt , He can play like He did in the 2nd half against ISU, 1st half of Minnesota and 2nd half OSU the rest of the way and Kirk will not pull Him, Promises were made or Kirk is senile or both .
I think we lose next week.I’m having a hard time finding 8 wins.
first half offense did not let defense out to dry. possessed ball and moved it but every play and opportunity to score was squandered. 2nd half was like last year — defense dried and dusted by offense.Well I missed it, as I had to work. Sounds like I didn't miss much. Last thing I said on here last night was we have to be aggressive and score some points early. We obviously did not score, but were we at least aggressive and not doing the same crap over and over? Were we moving the ball at all or did our offense once again let down our defense and let them hang out to dry??
Definitely not a gimme with our Offense.I think we lose next week.
Stopping in to say hello. I call it as I believe it to be. I felt pretty confident that Iowa would get smoked...and they did.Just to go through life this way.. no thanks.
Hi.I love your positive attitude today. Glad you are not coaching the Hawkeyes
