Iowa had no fire today, Murray seemed off, Perkins playing sparingly. Terrible defense. Crowd was never in it. Another ruined senior day. No double-bye. Everything to play for and they didn't seem to care.

At a #9 seed if they're lucky...vs. the #1 seed in the second round IF, and that's a monster 'if', they make it out of the first round. I don't like the odds based on today's performance.

Hate to say it but this is why the mens team can’t sell out. They suck you in just enough and then they let you down.
Terrible defense. Terrible ISU of Kris vs their lake of height. It Patrick does not drain a bunch in the first half we lose by double digits. Incredibly disappointing but not surprising. We have become use to it and that may be the worst part of all this.

Fran didn’t have them ready defensively. Nebraska has been playing tough the last few weeks. You can’t allow a lesser team to sweep you like this. That’s not on the players, Fran should have known the key to this game was defense, scoring on transition.
