Not sure how Fran hasn't adjusted this. It's not complicated as to what Illinois is doing. Woody keeps switching on Hill for no reason. If that's the game plan I'd rather see Wagner making that switch. Very confused by the game plan defensively. Hopefully we see a half time adjustment.

I think Iowa will be fine, but they need to ride the hot hand.

Additionally, if Clemmons isn't going to produce, then Williams needs to be in because he can get to the hoop and at least be solid on the boards

I think calling him "wide open" is an exaggeration. He had a defender on him with his hand up. Still probably would've had a better chance of going in than Gesell's shot though.

The defensive scheme is all on Fran. How many times do I have to say it, Fran can NOT coach and the last four minutes of the game are the most awful. Consider yourself warned in about 30-40 minutes if we are not up by 10 points then
