Call of the dogs Fran. You don't like it when teams compete until end at Carver. It is over.

I love this team. Piss on giving up on 'em.
Cook 2-7 from FT line
turnover late in the game when Iowa down by just 4
story of the game
If that is the case and I am Cook and I want to play another year in college....I switch my major (if he isn't already on pace) so that I can graduate in three years and then grad transfer. He needs to play with a good PG. Fran has failed this program by not recruiting an athletic PG and that is what it takes to be a top tier team in this league (and the Power 5 for that matter). On the bright side the NBA scouts at his next evaluation will say nah go back to school for your senior year
Cook’s turnovers are really hurting this team. Just bonehead play one after another. Very disappointing.
They battled. Minnesota hit a couple tough end of shot clock shots and Iowa *cough* had too many untimely turnoversThe D was trash, but it was less trash in the second half. I guess that's something to take away?
If Connors foul in the first half was intentional, why aren't these end of game fouls intentional?
Apparently he’s like 70% (which surprised me) so even the FT shooting was uncharacteristically bad tonightWorst all-around game Doodle has ever seen from Cook....primarily because of the unforced errors and really suspect defense (we already knew he was a sketchy FT shooter...so an off-night from the charity stripe shouldn't come as a major surprise).

sort of a double standard. That said, Connor grabbed the guys waste instead of going for the ball. I thought he had higher Bball IQ.
At least Till hustled and got a steal. Still a headscratcher lineup.Does the few minutes with Till and Company come back to haunt us...
Is that a good thing or bad thing?
So much easier to make ft’s when up 20. Cook’s percentage in a tight game can’t be goodApparently he’s like 70% (which surprised me) so even the FT shooting was uncharacteristically bad tonightWorst all-around game Doodle has ever seen from Cook....primarily because of the unforced errors and really suspect defense (we already knew he was a sketchy FT shooter...so an off-night from the charity stripe shouldn't come as a major surprise).
He's streaky. That 70% is a little deceiving. He has had nights like tonight before...where he just throws up a bunch of clunkers at the line. But the unforced errors and especially the almost complete lack of defense were really unusual and unforgivable for a player of his stature and importance to the team.Apparently he’s like 70% (which surprised me) so even the FT shooting was uncharacteristically bad tonight
So similar to jbo but Connor plays better D? What’s your point? And before i sign off, just remember this........Connor= zip, nadda, zilch

For a team with this many veterans, Fran shouldn’t have to resort to tactics like benching players to get them going. Pretty frustrating.I agree-but I don’t understand why that effort wasn’t there the whole game.

I blame Fran for the shit he lets Tyler Cook get away with
