When has that been? If ever. He turned it over again
I really don’t see why they don’t stop the clock for any injury or substitution after 80 minutes..Why can’t they just stop the clock. **** tradition. Tradition didn’t have this cheapness of fake injuries and diving.
Be fair, he was a good player for the 2010 and 2014 World Cup teams. When he’s played his CDM role, he’s been solid. It doesn’t help that after 2014, he was never pushed for playing time by younger players.
I respectfully disagree. He has been a human turnover on any meaningful game.Be fair, he was a good player for the 2010 and 2014 World Cup teams. When he’s played his CDM role, he’s been solid. It doesn’t help that after 2014, he was never pushed for playing time by younger players.
They need to stop bullshitting and start fining or suspending.I really don’t see why they don’t stop the clock for any injury or substitution after 80 minutes..
Lol trash offense and trash officiating.
I mean- granted no goals- but they made their opportunities. No finishers on the US.

Except I have faith in one of those two things improving regarding Iowa football.......I have zero faith in that changing for US mens soccer.Hey look your post from an iowa football game last year finally showed up
Proud of our guys for getting there. I’ll give it to Mexico for having a chubby coach and bad haircuts.
He was a good player .... half a decade to a decade ago
Bau.............?I don’t know how to express my displeasure with a majority Mexico crowd when playing the US in Chicago, without sounding racist. But, that does stink for our team.
They add on a fraction of the time..Because they add on the time.
USA had more and better chances. Couldn’t finish and it cost them the Championship.
"Thank you for not beating us."Class move by the Mexico coach to congratulate many US players.

I dunno, I don’t wanna be political- just thinking as a player that must stink.Bau.............?
MLS? You mean a league that's not even top 5 in the world.Funny Altidore and Bradley are 3 and 4 on MLS highest paid list.
I mean- granted no goals- but they made their opportunities.
They didn’t look horrible. Mexico didn’t look great, by any means
Wall just got 10 feet higher......Trump gonna use this to justify a few tariffs
Lovitz, Zardes and Roldon. I was not excited to see any of those subs tonight
I think that’s what I said. And on the flip side, who over the past 5 years has outperformed him? Heck, Jermaine Jones was still playing a major role at age 34, because no one developed in the next generation of midfielders. That was a major reason why they missed the 2018 World Cup...we should have had a whole crop of guys in their mid 20s on that team, the best players on tonight’s team are all 24 and younger.
I like him. He’s aged - but he’s better than the other options. They had opportunities. I have a problem with the US keep on rolling out Altidore. These days he’s just an overweight oaf that pushes people around-great if you are playing basketball but not for soccer
