I’m a huge fan of CC, but no. She will be in the MVP discussion for years to come. But A’ja Wilson is a force of nature and is clearly the best all-around player in the world right now.Caitlin Clark is the best player, all-around, in the WNBA. And if you don't agree, you're wrong.
Wilson is the MVP player this year, but the most impactful rookie for for the league and their team is Clark. No one else has drawn viewers or excitement toward the WNBA like Clark. Personally I never watched men's or women's basketball on TV until last year due to CC. Now I don't miss her pro games. She may not be the best WNBA player this year, but she's generated more excitement, fans, and revenue to women's basketball than anyone in historyI’m a huge fan of CC, but no. Clark’s impact on the league is completely unprecedented. Certainly in the WNBA and arguably in any sport in my lifetime. The only athlete who comes to mind who had a similar impact on the popularity of their sport was Tiger Woods. Ten years from now there will be rookies in the WNBA saying that Caitlin Clark is the reason they became a basketball player.Wilson is the MVP player this year, but the most impactful rookie for for the league and their team is Clark. I mean... A'ja Wilson exists.Caitlin Clark is the best player, all-around, in the WNBA. And if you don't agree, you're wrong.
Yep. Pretty shocking and incredibly stupid that anyone would ever leave her off olympics. Only complete idiots would think she shouldn't be on the teamClark’s impact on the league is completely unprecedented. Certainly in the WNBA and arguably in any sport in my lifetime. But right now on the court, between the lines, A’ja Wilson is in a class all her own.
Oh look: Mr MMQB is back!!!Yep. Pretty shocking and incredibly stupid that anyone would ever leave her off olympics.
Incredible. Imagine being so effing dumb to argue that she shouldn't have been on the Olympic team! There can't possibly be anyone that stupid can there??
Indeed. Ignoring all the data posted above, and still making that sorry claim.Incredible.

Not arguing, A’ja Wilson has been the best player in the WNBA this year, just pointing out CC has brought the most "value" to the league.IF's season pretty much turned around when she upped her play level. Certainly, from that perspective she's MVP. But agree, not (yet) the best the league has to offer. Putting up a rookie season on par w/ A'ja will probably set her up for future MVP awards, though.
None of the three are a particularly good matchup for Indiana, but if it was up to me I would probably choose Connecticut. The Fever have had no answer for A’ja Wilson or Napheesa Collier. Las Vegas is the only team they didn’t beat this year, and their one win against Minnesota was with Collier sidelined by an injury.Out of those three, Indiana probably wants to play Connecticut right?
She is such a complete idiot. And to think she posts on this website and even created this thread

Swoopes is an idiot with an irrational disdain for CC, but I don’t completely disagree with her here.
She has had "dominant" games; but has not had the consistency of Wilson.Swoopes is an idiot with an irrational disdain for CC, but I don’t completely disagree with her here.
Clark is a difference maker who has elevated the team and energized the entire franchise. But is she ‘dominant’? I think that depends on your definition of ‘dominant’.
A’ja Wilson is dominant. Clark is going to be at some point, but I’m not sure she’s quite there yet.
If its Indiana-Connecticut, that series will get veeerrrry chippyWe now know that Indiana will not be playing Minnesota in the first round. The Lynx held off a furious rally by Connecticut to beat the Sun on a 33-foot shot by Bridget Carleton with 4 seconds remaining.
The Lynx have clinched the #2 seed and Indiana’s opening round opponent will be either Connecticut or Las Vegas. The Aces are playing Seattle later tonight. If the Storm win then Indiana will play Connecticut in the first round. If Las Vegas wins then we won’t know Indiana’s opponent until after Thursday’s season finales.
She is very credible right now. Her opinions have been very spot on.Swoopes is determined to be Clark’s #1 antagonist for some reason and she doesn’t care how stupid she looks in the process. She’s now claiming that several Fever players want out of Indiana because they’re tired of dealing with Clark’s supporters. She specifically mentioned Aliyah Boston but strongly implied there are several others.

The funny thing is, Swoopes even admits she has zero evidence to support her claim. It’s just something she decided to speculate and stir up some shit. It’s like she’s daring the Wings to fire her. Those Fever players HATE playing in front of packed crowds, yo!
