So far Padilla has shown that he’s more accurate, mobile, and has a quicker release.

O line still trash

He's not a great athlete, but much more mobile than Petras. In Illini game, it might have made a difference. Iowa Offens just totally outclassed vs OSU and we were never going to be able to score enough points to keep up
with OSU offense. Moving to Padilla is better than sticking with Petras. Still curious if Labas or May would be better option.

That maybe true but Padilla, bar none, is better than SP. They’re 5-2 after this game with him at QB. I’ve seen at least four plays that we were better off with Padilla as quarterback in one quarter of play.
