They called it earlier on a nearly exact same type and circumstance kind of play, and you're right, the ball was either inside or above the cylinder when Shannon touched it but was ruled a "play on".

Harding had a decent half, 6 assists & a three. But missed some easy shots & I thought he couldv'e had a couple more assists but he was hesitant in the lane.

We missed a lot of easy shots, Dix, Perkins, Freeman & more. We make a few of those & we'd be in a close game rn. Especially two threes by Dix that went in & out... '

Need to double up on Shannon, he's killing us.
