Or Kayla Burton in a hot tub.Or another sideline HotTub scene…
Hiring a new OC is not going to change much, IMHO. It’s still Kirk’s offense, he pulls the strings, he has shown a total disability to effectively use the transfer portal. What an effing embarrassment. And if not for Beth, Kirk would have ran this sh*t back next year
This is entirely it. Everyone is fretting over who the new OC is, but until KF retires, the guy getting paid to "run the offense" just Doesn't. ****ing. Matter.Hiring a new OC is not going to change much, IMHO. It’s still Kirk’s offense, he pulls the strings, he has shown a total disability to effectively use the transfer portal.
Not optimistic.
You too. That did suck for ya'll though. Not even trying to troll on that. Better luck next year I guess.

Yeah you've gotta be feeling pretty dumb right about now. Lol.Thanks for coming around
You were saying?Okay, Tom.
The two division winners in the Big Ten likely getting blown out by SEC teams.
Yeah, so shitty.
He deleted this post. InterestingLol. There isn’t going to be an overhaul. He’s a rookie Iowa fan.
Just a reminder of where Iowa was a year ago. 10-win season, gained 1,222 more yards PUNTING than offense, scoreless (0-92) against three ranked teams, hopeful that a new OC would right the ship. Has that happened?Hiring a new OC is not going to change much, IMHO. It’s still Kirk’s offense, he pulls the strings, he has shown a total disability to effectively use the transfer portal.

Yes. I don't believe BF would have replicated the success of this year's run game. Passing game still a major work in progress but I see no reason why it won't improve next year.hopeful that a new OC would right the ship. Has that happened?
Well in his defense, the offense did improve. The scoring went from 18th to eigth in the B1G. With respect to the passing game, he was still stuck with Cade and a receiving room that would rank near last in the B1G. The offense wasn't broken in a day. It wasn't getting fixed in a day. The portal performance is pretty discouraging, but let's see what progress can be made in year 2.Just a reminder of where Iowa was a year ago. 10-win season, gained 1,222 more yards PUNTING than offense, scoreless (0-92) against three ranked teams, hopeful that a new OC would right the ship. Some genuine hawt takes up in this here thread after getting clubbed like a baby seal by Tennessee. Worth a scan as we contemplate Monday’s game.
Oh, and Kayla Burton.

Not sure where you’re going here. I’ll absolutely give credit to Lester for somehow developing a running game with still bottom 3-4 passing game in the conference. Bowl game will be interesting without Johnson as he basically was our entire offense. The last time our QB played against UCLA he took some shots and got knocked out of the game.Just a reminder of where Iowa was a year ago. 10-win season, gained 1,222 more yards PUNTING than offense, scoreless (0-92) against three ranked teams, hopeful that a new OC would right the ship. So, just a minor clarification here. It's not bottom 3-4 passing game in the conference bad. It's last in conference and bottom 4 in the entire country bad. I agree that it will be interesting. Sullivan has probably had more time to practice with the ones over the last month than he's had during his entire tenure so far at Iowa. He's going to have to make plays with his arm and his feet. If he can it will help to alleviate some of the angst associated with the lack of portal success. Not sure where you’re going here. It was supposed to provide context as we approach tomorrow’s bowl game. Despite 10-2 versus 8-4 this year, are we any better off than we were a year ago when we got killed by Tennessee? Not sure where you’re going here. No more Deacon Hill, means there's at least some improvement. It was supposed to provide context as we approach tomorrow’s bowl game. Despite 10-2 versus 8-4 this year, are we any better off than we were a year ago when we got killed by Tennessee?
The question remains.

Looks like since before the 20th...I thought Sullivan was out due to injury towards the end of the year. How long was he able to practice with the 1s?
