The most important minute of the game for me was the last minute of the second half. Nebraska had slowly erased the 7 point lead we had built after the 1Q, but us closing with a little 7-0 run allowed us to play freely from ahead to start the 3Q. The game would have been much more of a dog fight in terms of Nebraska's confidence and the crowd getting involved if it had been tie ball game going into the second half.

Honestly we are quite lucky Nebraska failed to capitalize on the number of offensive rebound and decently wide open three's we gave up.

The men shoot fine at home. On the road not so much. Exhibit A is Payton Sandfort. Shoots 46% at home and 23% on the road. His 2 point percentage is 62% at home and 13% on the road. 😬

McCabe will put on some weight. She's quick and has a pretty shot, fast release from a high spot, and will be a great player for us. Her, Alfforder, and Stuelke are a pretty solid foundation. I'm forgetting someone but like the future. Would love to get a 6-5 post player though.

McCabe should be playing more spot time with starters IMO. She can really shoot.
