Do we have butter on our hands? Can't hold on to the ball. Wisconsin looks terrible and we are not putting them down. Bet they start second half with 15-2 run. Jok is standing around too much.

I can't state enough how much I hate the way Wisconsin plays basketball. Make games ugly... but I like being up at Half! Keep it up hawks!

Bear had a really meh first 8-10 minutes and I almost commented about how he was kinda hurting us out there. But I kept the Baer faith, and was handsomely rewarded with a crowless plate.
Stop missing bunnies in the 2nd half and we can put this in the bag. Like the defensive intensity so far. A win makes us and NIT lock and opens up the bubble.

He didn't bail out the offense. That was the designed play (get it to the hot hand) and it was executed flawlessly. Great job by Fran.
The most impressive aspects of the first half were 1. The defense, which was the best it's been all year and 2. Our shooting despite playing Wisconsin, who is great at taking teams out of rhythm.
Cut the TO's and we'll be set.

I can't remember Iowa looking as crappy on offense yet leading a supposedly good team by this much in a long time. Moss has been an utter disaster with the ball tonight.
The defense has been outstanding though (Hayes practically invisible), Baer finally figured out maybe he should not drive into a bad situation and just spot up for 3's..so yeah, happy but...confused. It's like I see the scoreboard, but I have no clue how it happened.

Love frans and Iowa approach double happ and Hayes don't let them bang into lane for anything easy. Plus our guys have rotated and recovered well when they pass it out of the post.
