Dembele and Bowen on the court together for like 10 minutes with more turnovers than field goals. Krikke bricking two straight free throws while their Frankenstein center swishes them all. We're also back to giving up dunks instead of sinking back and at least giving the ball a chance to miss. Strategically bankrupt Fran D.

This is a game where I would put Dimbele or Braun on Edey and let Freeman play PF on defense to at least rebound and take the fouls Krikke is so terrible on post defense and rebounding. Freeman is best guy in paint we have an he'll probably play 25 minutes or less because of foul trouble.

With Dembele's ability to hit threes, I'm excited about him. This whole freshman class looks like a good one.

Dembele is 5 for 16 on the year. Hasn't been making them as much against better competition which is understandable. Has a good looking shot and still hitting 32% from 3 as a big man.

He's going to continue to improve and the threat of the three pointer will open up his penetration game.

I agree Dimbelle will be good....but Fran hasn't really played him as bakup post until the last 2 games. No way Freeman is going to stay out of foul trouble in most games because B1G refs love calling fouls on Freshmen.
