Yeah they hitting like 50 pct from 3 and boarding the rest. Typical Iowa curse in the biggest games.
We’ve missed a gross amount of layups all tournament. Biggest difference is this years SC team can shoot too.
Need another 1st quarter here. CC has to score 15 in the 4th for a chance.

You just proved my point. Iowa is shooting alright but not great. They didn't elevate like Lsu last year and USC this year.

SC is bigger and stronger. Having that leaning on you all game is exhausting.
Iowa really needs to shoot a high percentage from 3 point line and get most loose balls and make their layups.
The margin for error is all on Carolina’s side with their height strength and speed.

Iowa looks tired. SC running 4 subs at Iowa all game and they are scoring. Too much to overcome. Just are not deep enough to compete with that size and talent

CC needs to get white-hot from just inside the half-court line and SOON, if Hawks are to have any chance now.
This team deserves your attention and respect to the end regardless of the outcome. They are outgunned, outmanned and undersized. But playing right with them. This is house money. Enjoy the last few minutes even if its in defeat. But the outcome is still uncertain.

Yeah that is the difference compared to UConn who didn’t shoot well. That and SC has a deeper bench so can absorb fouls
