SC was riding a 46-game winning streak and was the #1-ranked team in the country when little ole Iowa came a callin' in the semis last year. SC lost 77-73 with its usual roster of giant all-Americans. Since then, SC is undefeated, although not unchallenged. Can the Hawkeyes do it again? Yes. Yes, they can.

As always, a huge key will be the officiating. Give the Hawkeyes a fair chance, and they'll take care of the rest.

And somehow, Molly Davis needs to get into this game, even for a few seconds. No one should forget that, without Molly, this season may not have been what it was. Iowa is better when it has the depth Molly D adds as a ball handler and a clever scorer. Almost everyone has ignored that fact in their coverage of this team. The fans should not.

It all comes down to this: Iowa has 40 minutes to beat South Carolina and a lifetime to remember it.
