I think we passed that boundary about 5 games ago.
‘Should have happened at half time against South Dakota state. At the very latest, after the isu game.
I think we passed that boundary about 5 games ago.
The only possible explanation is that Padilla has made it known to captain dipshit that he is gone at semester.
Texted my buddy. Below avg O with a qb like Stanley playing we are within 3 at half. Very fg result of bad offensive or specials teams play. Where they basically start in the RZIf we had even REMOTELY competent people on the offensive side of things we could very well be 6-0 and maybe WINNING this game right now.
Same. I do want to see what the defense brings. Just not enough to be able to watch Petras anymore.I am seriously turning the TV off if they trot petris out there in the 2nd half
I think Kirk can’t win. If he pulls him and we do better he was wrong. If he pulls him and we still suck it’s scheme and play calling then he’s wrong for hiring Brian. Keep running Spenc out there and everything focused on him.
We've been saying this for like.... 5 weeks now. With the way they are talking there should be no reason BF gets in the plane for a ride home.
Petras knows he is not good and should bench himself. He has to be accountable for his poor performance also. He's not blameless in this.I wrote this elsewhere, but it's relevant here too:
Everyone really needs to move on from the Petras hate. I don't know how anyone who is a fan of Iowa football can claim that Petras is the problem anymore. It's clearly a total failure of Kirk and Brian to fix legacy problems with our offense that we've seen the cracks in for decades.
Brian and Kirk's stubbornness to try another QB is clearly them using Petras as a scapegoat (knowing that no QB could succeed and they don't want to show their asses to the world). They know the offense is completely broken and they don't know how to fix it, so they're sending him back out there to increase animosity towards him and buy themselves more time to bleed the university for more money or, by some miracle, tweak the scheme in a way that makes it significantly more effective or learn how to prepare in a way that the offense actually shows up for games.
If they started on offense, it would have been. What a not good use of money to travel the band to this game
"A shame" is such a great way to describe it. Maybe the best Iowa defense ever and in serious danger of being forgotten in time because of legendary incompetence on the other side of the ball.i feel awful for the defense. what a waste. what a shame.
That's all they do anymore when Iowa is mentioned.I was watching the halftime of the Clemson cause game. They were actually laughing at our offense.
Well you know it's going to happen so decide now. What ya'll gonna do when Spencer trots out at the half?
Same thing when they asked Urban what he would tell his team at halftime. Just had nothing to sayReggie Bush: What would you do to have a better second half if you were Spencer Petras?
Matt Leinhart: (Thinking: There's never a time in my life when I played that poorly. How the f do I know?)
"Reggie Bush dressed for a funeral, that is Iowa's offense" is just accurate and screaming for GB to fire all on the O.With the way they are talking there should be no reason BF gets in the plane for a ride home.
Yeah, there's nothing new here. We've been saying this for like.... 5 weeks now.
Who's that?So is Keagan Johnson unfortunately.
Most don’t hate Petras…..they hate the fact he keeps getting thrown out there.I wrote this elsewhere, but it's relevant here too:

I'll continue watching this team as long as the defense continues to play well.I am seriously turning the TV off if they trot petris out there in the 2nd half
Rake the leavesWhat ya'll gonna do when Spencer trots out at the half?
