Indeed. We defended about as well as you can, and on 3 straight plays, they made perfect throws and great catches.

Padilla isn't the answer but he shows he can extends some plays especially with this oline. Give him a few more reps throughout the season and it would have helped

I don't see Padilla as very talented...he does have a lot more mobility than Petras, so that at least keeps Iowa out of a lot of negative plays. The answer is to get some dual threat QBs on the roster and Carson May is not dual threat. Labas supposedly has some speed, but we'll never know this season.
