2024 Roster

Ybarra and Cruz lol blind leading the blind. Neither would be sufficient.
VV offense is sooo limited :/

Interested to see if block is ready to go and able to make 141.

125 … what’s TNT got up their sleeve..?
I’m really hoping they have something up their sleeves for 125. They’ve been on a roll. Let’s keep it going.

With 3 incoming merc’s, it’s like the roster was put in that machine that turned skinny into Captain America. I think #1’s Teemer and Buchanan have slightly better chances than even Carter for a title. Keck seems a stiffer challenge then either Lewis or Griffith and I’d call that final a tossup. If Teemer/Shapiro, I favor Jacori. If Buchanan/Cardenas I like Stephen. Hawks already win “creator of best bracket drama” at 197, where Glazier, AJ, and Buchanan collisions in the same half would be wrestling god karma.
Rooting for Zach over both.

You can't go based off just what happened last year. For one thing - the gambling stuff decimated our lineup.

Obviously, I hope i'm right - but iowa has the potential for 4 finalists - Ayala, Teemer, Caliendo, Buchanan. Top 3 from Brands, Top 5 from Keuter, Arnold and Parco

While PSU broke the scoring record - it also took a civil rights violating prosecutor to decimate the Hawks.
You think it would've mattered ? Really? They beat Iowa by over a hundred points .

And PSU's returning guys , a 3, two 2s , and 3 ones. Then there is Barr, Lilhedahl, maybe Van Ness, and Nagao, and maybe one of the Mirasolas. Psu has a shot at maybe 7 finalists .

Guys guys guys, This is Gonna be GREAT.
I AM Pumped as a MOFo for this Be atch!
How many thought we would be a legit contender for a title this year? Show of hands???
These guys have to be completely amped up to potentially knock off the kittens.
LFG
Should probably pace yourselves. I do enjoy the optimism going into the season though. Anybody else going to take the points against The Big Red next football game? Easy money.

Stop it dammit. I can't count that high.

Saw Block out on the mat yesterday. Looked good but have no idea if he can be 141 or not.
Block is listed as 141, but I'm really skeptical he can hold that weight. He's probably 6' now and already looks like a stick figure. It's helps the lineup to have him at 141 (and not have Parco, Block, and VV all at the same weight with nowhere to go), but I'll believe it when I see it.

But be recent change, was listed only at 149 when I checked the roster about a week ago. Parco and VV seem to be a better height to cut to that, or even freshman Estrata, who is very short.

Block has been holding under 150 for a number of months now. He'll make 141.

Could Ybarra get down to 125 and battle with Cruz for the starting spot? He had some really good wins in HS. Someone mentioned Kale Petersen could possibly go down to 125, is this a real possibility? When is the last time he has been that low? So/Jr year of HS. Also someone mentioned VV possibly going down to 141. Is this really a thing?
Ybarra had a wide open opportunity to wrestle in place of Spencer for the first half of the season a couple of years ago and couldn't be bothered to make the cut. He doesn't strike me as a guy who will do whatever it takes to get in the lineup.
