I don’t have a “solution”…if it was that easy to fix, it would have already been done. Although, unless vast majority of countries can all agree to provide financial resources towards a solution, it really won’t be solved.

Tracking Milton | Still a powerful Category 5 Hurricane as it approaches Florida
According to the NHC 11PM Tue advisory, Milton is now heading 55° (between NE & ENE). The heading to Tampa from Milton is 38° (between NNE & NE). For Milton to move over Tampa Bay it will need to turn more left to at least 38°, if not more in the next 24 hours. This average heading will make the difference as to who gets what in 24 hours and we will be watching it very closely.
