Every single Penn State match ends with them running away.

So it probably didn't matter a ton but why were there not stall calls there. Started a count twice and no change and stopped. Then literally just running away and then didn't get hit there either.

i feel like the writing is has been on the wall for some time... it pretty clear that one program is happy for the scraps while the others wants to whole freakin feast.

Ask Kyle Dake about that. I wouldn't go that far just yet. Regardless of who they send out at 149 or 125, there is zero chance that person beats Lee or Yianni next year. They're a great program and I give them full credit, but let's not get silly.

it’s not luck or cheating or bad calls when they do it almost every year. they have something figured out for big matches. strategy or psychology. whatever it is, it makes them the clear place to go if you want to win ncaa titles. coaches gotta move forward and figure it out.
brands put together an incredible team to bring back a title, but if you can’t win in the semis/finals, it’s not sustainable. the best recruits want to win titles and it’s hard to argue the numbers right now.

I get it but I think it is interesting that people are complaining about him taking a shot and maybe you haven't been saying this but there has been a lot of complaining on here about him not taking shots.

We have to change the way we wrestle PSU. Nuff said. We have to change the way we wrestle them. If they’re not going to engage, then we shouldn’t either. Both RBY and Dean waited for a bad shot to counter. We’ve been scouted. Time to lean into their style against us and play the waiting game. I hate that, but I’m over getting beat on our own shots.

All the people on the forum in the past two days crying about lack of shooting. Dean just won a championship because Warner tried to prove them wrong.
I wonder if BWI posters are going to be pissed at Dean's lack of shots in that match.
In the finals in a match like that is no time to start doing things you don't do well. Warner blinked, they were both counting on hitting a counter.
