Lol, I will admit I get a kick out of reading through the game threads with no context, seeing how terribly we're doing, and then come to find......we're actually winning.

Well I’ve said it for years, perspective is key. If you watched other teams and coaches, you’d have a better idea of what you’re seeing here. For exsmple, if you had watched every unrivaled game like I have, you would see all-pro women miss layup after layup after layup.

You would also realize you typically can’t “yell, women into playing better” and consistency is a real issue everywhere. Sometimes your team doesn’t have it and that just happens.

I have eye surgery again at 8 AM tomorrow. Hopefully the last one. First, it was a torn retina repair, and now it's a cataract removal and IOL placement. If all goes well, I'll have near perfect vision. Getting in early and been doing the little things so I'm ready tomorrow AM. Go Hawks!

That’s because they are fatally flawed. Their most talented players are actually Frosh & they (Srs as well) are wildly inconsistent.

If we’re fortunate enough to beat USC, it won’t because of “great coaching“ it will be because these women play the game of their life… They’re capable of being good they just can’t put it together consistently. Some teams are like that.

Kim Mulkey is one of the best coaches of all time and last year‘s LSU team was way more talented than the team the year before. But they really never had the chemistry the other team had.
