Yep. Keegan took himself out.

No, he came out after picking up a 3rd foul early in the second half. As you saw, Keegan was immediately called for a ticky tacky foul almost immediately after reentering the game. Almost every coach, and all of the smart ones, pull a guy at when Keegan picked up the 3rd foul.

That's one of those things you pick up in like junior high ball.
