Didn't Lisa say in one of the Timeout interviews that they need to attack the basket? I think she sees the same thing we do, the team just needs to effing do it.

It's good to see Herky getting so much screen time.
We have to play a lot smarter on offense. We need to get some transition buckets (if we can make a frickin lay up. But when are in our half court, we’ve been very stagnant. Not much screening action or moving in general. I’d be looking a pounding it inside to pick up some fouls. That would be huge.
Who's blaming who? I think your projecting. CC is harder on herself then anyone else. She's in her own head right now. Needs to reset at the half.....
Good news. My 3 and 5 year olds gave me a full check up at half and my heart is good enough for the next half.

Bluder changed things up having somebody other than Clark bring the ball up the floor. As a result Iowa is losing it's pace by wasting time tryng to get CC the ball against the half court defense and Clark is out of sync playing off the ball like this. I don't know why Bluder is giving UConn this kind of respect. We can run them into the ground, if we just go back to what got us here.

I don't know if its back cuts or what, but there has to be a way to burn UConn for playing that over-aggressive defense they're playing - or at least were in the first half.

Shooting wise with the exception of LSU, she really hasn't shot it well and I don't understand the lazy passes, unless she is just mentally drained from all the expectations.
Clark isn't bringing it up the floor because they are denying her the ball. UConn is face guarding her in the back court.
You have to credit UConn. They came and stuck it to us defensively. In addition, though, we were our own worst enemy. The turnovers were not really a result of UConn’ D.
