With how this went being tied at half is huge. First 5 minutes are critical for the end result.
With Wisconsin's grab and hold style should always be in foul trouble. Iowa won't foul as much with their defensive style.
Iowa playing under water most of the half ... down a couple of rotation players, and tied at half.
If the Hawks can find some made FG% at the half, WIS is in for a world of hurt.

I think wisconsin has 4 guys with 2 fouls. I think the whistle is fair to normal. Neither team looks like an NCAA tourney team talent wise. Missing Murray really exposes lack of frontcourt depth and Sandfort is on epic 3 point slump.

and that was discussed as that decision was absolutely in play. The reason they decided on common is because they had the discretion to do so and given the circumstance of it looking like an elbow to the face, it was a win/win call that didn't bring the roof down on either side
As long as they have 1 more point than Wisconsin at the final buzzer, they could score 40 or less and I'll still be sitting here grinning.
