I wouldn't even say it is an NBA step. Just catching the ball on the perimeter with no pressure guys will take two steps. It is amazing how bad officiating is at times.

Iowa St is not a good team. Every team looks good when almost half of your points are inside of 5 feet. If Iowa could keep people in front of them and make them take tough 2's or 3's, it would look totally different. Surprised Fran didn't play zone earlier and make Iowa St prove they could make jump shots.

According to Net Ranking, ISU has dropped this week to #19 in the country. Puts them as the 7th best Big 12 team. Top 3 net teams are all Big 12 (Arizona joins next year).

Game was over well before halftime.

The lineup Freeman, Krikke, PMAC, Sandfort, Perkins was Fran grasping at straws to try to keep most of his starting lineup intact. Same with Krikke, Pmack, Sandfort, Perkins, Dix...Fran wants PMAC, Krikke, Sandfort out there for offense but that lineup is D.O.A. for defense.

This looks like a an 8 win B1G team at best.
