And no Kennedy, just not sure where to put him. Could redshirt Gabe and put Kennedy 174. A little worried about Drake, Woods and Franek and the way they are wrestling right now, but I think these are doable and maybe a surprise???

I agree, we tend to wrestle below expectations at NCAA, but if Real gets 2nd he will get 18 - 21 pts. Bonus wins are so big and we don't pin or score many points, so that hurts.

I also think Ferrari is 197 but looking at his Instagram post. He is big but I see 210 more than 230 lbs. - hoping. I think he could be 1st - 3rd at 197?? 18 - 24 pts.

I think with Ferrari's we finish closer to 100 pts. than 44pts, probably somewhere in the middle - 75 pts.

I think Gabe goes this year if there’s a possibility Nelson gets one more year and Angelo is undersized. . Leave the redshirt option for next year.

That seems like a tough one to overcome with the current squad. Hard to find bonus points from them with what we've seen so far. Not going to rack up enough points through just surviving for an extra match or 2 unless some guys wildly exceed expectations and hang around longer in the winners bracket.

We've been told that Glazier certified at 197 so 184 is not an option. We will not qualify at 184 barring a miracle.

Maybe wishful thinking at 197, but realistic at 149. Could someone explain the whole certification process that would prevent Glazier from cutting to 184, which I think is his ideal natural weight class. I doubt if Kolby could cut that much.

Whatever weight you certify at is the lowest weight you can wrestle. If Glazier is certified at 197, that's that. What makes you think he's a natural 184 after 5 years of wrestling at 197?

You sure he’s been here 5 years? He came in at 184, and has been trying to become a legit size 197. I bet he still has to work hard to stay at 197, and still isn’t a big 197. Just don’t think it would be a hard cut because of that, but I guess rules shoot that down. Too bad, because that would work out for him and the team if we get AJ. Has anyone, like his brother, confirmed if Swafford is suspended for the season? Has Brands said anything??

I hate to burst any bubbles, but AJ being a hawk this year is not looking good. This is starting to look like a Punt year. Glazer not being able to go to 184 seems like a mistake on the coaching staff but maybe that choice was made when they thought Nelson would be back this year.

On his instagram, he looks about the same size as his freshman year. He just turned 22 this year I believe, he’s done growing. He’s very lean as always. He responded to someone on his instagram that he plans to wrestle again at 197, then mma at 205.
