I think that is good analysis but I think a tad too much is being made of both running woes and throwing over the middle. We did both very well against LSU and Southern Miss. IMHO it all is because J Trav being injured. He is no longer a threat to run out of need to protect injury and can’t throw as hard so does not trust throwing slants. Makes it much easier to defend him. He gets to 100 percent, everything will open up.

Based on how the season is going for Clemson, this win is looking more like FSU got lucky against a mediocre team who played up at home and isn't going to be the quality win FSU wanted it to be.

But a .500 Clemson is a good thing to bring those rednecks back to Earth for a bit.
