It would be nice if Iowa had a lightning-quick guard who can drive to the basket and make WVU pay for their aggressive defense. Clark is struggling to get around the faster defenders.

I’d play Affolter the rest of the way. At least she can drive to the hoop. Kylie probably should sit. Let McCabe spell Syd for a few minutes. Fewer dum passes and take the short jumper instead of forcing another pass into the post. WVU is giving the short jumper and stopping the extra pass to Hanmah.

Yes, it was a shitty offensive effort but let's not forget that Iowa is playing really good defense tonight. 9 turnovers, poor shooting, and they still had the lead at halftime. Hopefully Bluder and co. make changes to open things up a bit in the 2nd half.
