This is how I feel. If the team is still making these sloppy mistakes by Jan's year 3, then ya, I'll say she was a bad hire.

At the time I thought she was a great hire and kept all the good recruits/transfers coming in.

the whole team is fundamentally bad. H*** they have players that do know how to shoot the ball versus throw it up and hope, Pathetic

Hard to have two WNBA players leave and play at the same level. A lot of weaknesses with the older girls that came back this year. They are a year away from being a good team again. Younger players will be better and some key players coming in next year. I'm willing to give Jan a pass this year...she has to make a tough choice between loyalty to older players and moving some younger players in. I think everyone over-estimated the ability of the players coming back. They just don't play well together compared to how everyone had a role last year. This is the kind of group that will not play well on the road either. I'll be surprised if they are able to turn things around.
