Goodness. Caitlin was calling that shot good while it was halfway to the basket. It caught the ref off guard. He just assumed it was an on the floor foul. Not only does she make the other team look bad, she makes the refs look bad.
I'd be fine with getting rid of replay. What can and can't be reviewed is stupid. Regardless of the shot just before half, it's in multiple sports...that play is not reviewable regardless if it could fix a bad call. Why have it then?
She had a very solid half, she's probably top 5 player but the chemistry with the starters is something Bluder must not want to mess with. She good!

Yep, crazy that they gave the Purdue girl the continuation on a shot in the lane that was way before she shot, and then waved that one off just a minute later. I think thats what Clark was pissed about. She needs to be careful though, she "eyed the ref" after both free throws and going off the floor. Great call by Lisa to pull her off after that exchange.
On one of her threes from the baseline, Clark slid right instead of left like she usually does. And the baseline isn’t as typical. More weapons in her arsenal.
They need to get that fake crap out of the game. No foul on Kate Martin. Review it and if a flop, it’s a tech.
It comes with the territory. She just can’t switch it off. But the great way outweighs the bad. So Bluder deals with it.

Based on social media activity, I’d guess there is more chemistry between Affolter and Clark/Martin than with Davis. Could be wrong tho.
