Minnesota (12-4,3-2) is coming off a 74-62 loss at Indiana on Friday. They’ve had an extremely weak schedule.

All season I’ve thought this game was as a win and I still do. Give me 78-68 hawks.

If the Hawks have any chance of making the NCAAs, realistically this is a win they almost have to pick up. It will be interesting to see how Freeman matches up with Garcia. If he wins the battle I like our chances.

If Iowa and Mich win tonite their will be 12 teams that are within 2 games of each other with Wis alone out front and RU alone at bottom.
No pressure boys...but our season hangs in the balance.

Dix has been playing very well all season long except one game. There wasn't any corner to turn. Fran just didn't recognize it and under used him.

The Big Ten has started doing mid-day and early evening games on MLK Day the past few years now. The noon eastern tip did not seem to effect the Michigan crowd today.

For Iowa fans, usualll we see reversion to the mean. Dix is good defender/floor game guy...jury is out on whether he becomes a plus scorer. Would be a great development.
